Digital Learning & Content Lead

Digital · AI · EdTech

9 years in project and operations management, 5+ of them at Sber, Russia's largest bank and tech ecosystem.

I take unstructured problems to measurable results: I build business lines from scratch, set up processes, hire and grow teams, and keep budgets and timelines on track.

AI-first. I build AI agents, prototypes and web pages without developers, including this one.

Core expertise

Building new business lines from scratch

Launched a B2B content production unit at SberEducation: MVP, pilot, team, processes. It made revenue in the first quarter. Clients included SberKorus, SberSova, SberDevices, ONF and others.

National-scale education products

Russia's first AI textbook for schools, made with the AI Alliance and Prosveshcheniye, now on the national list of approved textbooks. Code of the Future: a national coding program run with Tomsk State University.

Corporate learning and online courses

Online programs built around the client's goal: a career track for middle managers, financial literacy courses for kids, prompt engineering training. 50+ products shipped: courses, media, podcasts, games, video.

Operations

Content production processes: a single project lifecycle (workflow in Jira, guides in Confluence), a KPI system, unit economics, growing people. Cut delivery time by 30%.

AI-first and vibe coding

AI agents for real business tasks: RAG agents that update their own knowledge base from a vetted source list, and an SEO agent for Hakku AI's media that picks queries for an article in 15 minutes instead of 3–4 hours and has done an SEO specialist's work for 4 months. I build product prototypes, dashboards, decks and pages myself.
